Utilisng a long roller and a light theraband we focus on good alignment in order to invite deep activation of core, hip and shoulder stabilisers. ┬áThis kind of focused work when done well creates the “tremor” and will help your nervous system remember how to mobilise and stabilise you throughout your working day and chosen exercise activities.
