Release & Restore 16/07/20

Gentle restorative class that begins by unwinding tension and moving through some yin yoga style poses to gently open the hips and lengthen hamstrings. ┬áHave lots of props handy – bolsters, pillows, blocks and blankets to assist you find the positions and breathe comfortably to ease any restrictions.
